Posters

Policies
GameART will be considering both full papers and posters. The posters should describe ongoing research or a survey.

Format
The submitted posters must have no more than 4 A4 pages, simple spaced, Times Roman 12p font and margins (left 2.5cm and others 2cm). Over-length papers may be rejected without review. The text must contain the title, authors with the name of their universities or companies, address and e-mail. All this information must be centered. There is no white space between lines (use TAB in order to indicate a new paragraph. In footnotes put the title at left and page number at right. Figures must be numbered and with description using 10p font. The references (in 10p font) must be indicated by numbers in brackets in the text and in bibliography must follow the model below:

File Format
The posters must be sent by e-mail in PDF (preferred) or RichText format. (can be compacted using winzip, arj or rar) Works in other formats will not be accepted.

Review Process
All posters received will be cross-reviewed by at least two referees in the topical area. The Camera-Ready posters will be reviewed by one person.

Submission Procedure
Posters should be sent by e-mail in PDF or RTF format to one of the papers co-chairs with [GameArt Paper] in the subject area plus the title.
